Originally from Rochester, Mi,
Dave did a tour in Vietnam was honorably discharged from the Army in 1973.
Following his love of the outdoors, he moved to Northern Michigan and
entered the family machine shop business. Over the next 25 years he worked
for the family and eventually founded his own shop business before
deciding it was time to launch a new career in an entirely different
direction, one that would put him outdoors more and around people, both of
which he enjoys. He chose real estate. After 3 1/2 years as a salesperson
for Century 21 and ERA of Cadillac, Mi, it was back to school to get a
brokers license. In spring of 2004
Northern Leisure Properties was founded in Manton, Mi. Over 30
years of knowledge of the area and the people in it make Dave the perfect
person to handle your real estate needs. By the way, if he's not in the
office, you can probably find him fishing, hunting or playing a round of
golf in the area he loves so much.
